The Apollo 1550 Upgrade Series of operators has all the same features as the 1500 series plus a dependable Soft start/Stop that keeps longer or more ornate gates from "slamming" into the closed position. They also meets the more demanding UL standards for safety reversing in the event that they encounter an obstruction.
